Practical Ayurveda for Times of Intensity & Change
November 28th - December 11th, 2021
This 14 day journey will explore daily time effective tips that I have come to employ to help me ground and center my energy during these times of uncertainty and confusion. These include: pranayama (breath work); short, focused, and basic asana practice (yoga); dietary modifications; recipes; and herbal suggestions.
Our first 75 minute open Zoom discussion (afternoon TBA November 28) will cover the navigation of stress and change. Here, through the lens of Ayurveda, we will address the issues at hand, causative factors, perception of stress, and concepts for solutions.
Our second 75 minute group Zoom call (afternoon TBA December 4) will focus on “the virus”. Since it seems to be a constant presence, this open discussion will cover its management using the lens of Ayurveda as well as the protocol that I personally employed to heal. This body of work is unbiased and is beneficial if one has or has not received immunological support for the virus. It is designed to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Our third 75 minute group Zoom call (afternoon TBA December 11) will be to wrap up this experience and for further Q and A.
A private Facebook group will be started on my Wisdom Medicine Yoga and Ayurveda Facebook page. Since some of this content may not be allowed on the FB community I will work hard to make sure to get the replay back to you via my website or by personal email.
Daily morning posts featuring a significant pranayama, yoga asana and small sequence, or a dietary tip will be placed on the private Facebook page.
